Salon Redesign Initiative
Transformed and revamped 25 hair salons across the country to align with the brand's image, focusing on usability, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
My objectives included: attracting and retaining customers seeking contemporary salon experiences, enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing revenue potential.
My results: Revamped layouts, improved interior designs, and streamlined promotion strategies, ensuring a pleasant and organized environment for both customers and staff.
Premium Shopping Mall Booth Redesign
Elevated brand presence in premium shopping malls through redesigning Kerastase and L'Oréal Professional booths and kiosks.
Emphasized luxury and sustainability by utilizing 60% recycled MDF in the structure and implementing energy-efficient LED lighting and screens.
Designed components for easy disassembly and recycling, showcasing the brand's commitment to environmental responsibility.
Implemented a digital experience within the L'Oréal Professional booth, facilitating real-time customer access to nearby hairdressers, resulting in amplified foot traffic and enhanced sales conversions.
Interactive Magic Mirror
Introduced the Magic Mirror, an interactive product utilizing the L'Oréal application (Style my hair app), enabling real-time visualization of various hair color options.
Empowered clients to experiment with different hair colors before committing, significantly enhancing the user experience and boosting app usage.
Successfully marketed the product to drive awareness and adoption, resulting in increased engagement with the Style my hair app and heightened client satisfaction.
The interactive magic mirror was a success on Social Media and everyone wanted to try the experience.
The playfulness of the product encouraged customers to style their hair differently as they gained confidence by envisioning the new color, which drove an extra sales channel.
